Our Design Process
Every phase of our UI/UX design process ends with a deliverable you can use, from a prioritised problem brief to tested, specified components. You always know what is being designed, why, and when it reaches your developers.
1 to 2 weeks
We study the market and competing products, run ideation workshops with your stakeholders, interview users and mine support tickets and analytics. You get a prioritised problem brief and a first roadmap, with a clear note on which problems design can solve.
1 week
We map user flows, screen states, roles and edge cases together with your engineers. Your build estimate then covers permissions, errors and empty states from the start, not halfway through development.
2 to 6 weeks
We design reusable components from the very first screen and review them with your developers every week. Your product grows on a consistent design system instead of a pile of one-off screens.
Runs alongside design
We test prototypes with real users while design continues, measuring task completion and time on task. Each finding is tied to a specific screen change, so testing improves the product instead of filling a report.
Through implementation
You receive specified components, design tokens, accessibility notes and a walkthrough for your team. We then run visual QA during the build until the live product matches the design.
AI in Design
Our designers use Claude, OpenAI and Gemini models to analyse research, explore more design options and keep design systems consistent. The groundwork moves faster, and every design decision still rests with an experienced designer.
AI groups and summarises interview transcripts, support tickets and reviews, so we can analyse all of your research rather than a sample. Patterns surface sooner, and every finding links back to its source.
We generate layout and copy variations from your own design system, then our designers refine the strongest. Each review compares several real options, so decisions rest on comparison rather than a single draft.
