After subscribing to one of our plans, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to get started. You’ll be onboarded on Trello, our project management tool, to track task status and make new requests. Additionally, you’ll be onboarded on Slack, our communication tool, where you can communicate with your designated project manager and design team for any project-related queries.
