Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads or sales.

The role requires a deep understanding of various digital channels, including social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, email marketing, paid advertising, and analytics. The Digital Marketing Specialist collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Here’s what you’ll be doing at UIUX Studio:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Create and curate engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, videos, infographics, and more.
  • Manage and grow the organisation’s social media presence, including content planning, posting, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Optimise website content, structure, and metadata to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics, generate regular reports, and provide insights to optimise strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates through A/B testing, user experience enhancements, and landing page optimization.
  • Monitor and manage online reviews, comments, and conversations to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience (up to 3 years) in digital marketing roles with a successful track record of driving results.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, email marketing software, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and email marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting and content creation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyse trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.) are desirable.
