Yes, we work with early-stage startups as well as large enterprises, and startups get 25% off their first project. Most projects are paid in cash, but for some early-stage startups we consider a mix of cash and equity and discuss it openly from the start.

Hourly help covers reviews, fixes and small features without a long-term commitment.

You do. Everything we create, including source code, design files, prompts, tests and documentation, belongs to you and is delivered into your own repositories and design tools. At handover we train your team on it, so you are never locked in to us.

Yes. Our designers and engineers regularly join in-house teams and work with your tools, coding standards and processes. A dedicated team can work on-site or remotely, so it operates as an extension of your own team.

Yes. Most clients keep working with us on new features, scaling, support and RevOps after launch. For SEO, paid ads, content and social media, our sister agency Social Mafia can run growth marketing with a team that already knows your product.

We work in five stages: discover, design, build, launch and grow. Each stage ends with something you can review and approve, such as a tested concept, a clickable prototype or working software, so there are no surprises at launch.

We need a weekly check-in and one decision-maker who can give feedback and approve work. We handle the rest and tell you in advance when we need your input, data or access.

That is normal, and our process is built for it. We work in two-week sprints, so priorities can change between sprints, and any effect on timeline or budget is agreed with you before the work changes.

Testing runs in every sprint, combining automated tests on critical flows such as sign-up and payments, manual QA and staged releases. Before launch we run load, security and accessibility testing, including a penetration test and an audit to WCAG 2.2 AA.

Yes. When there is a hard deadline, we build the features needed for launch first and plan the rest for later releases. You see the trade-offs early, so the launch scope is agreed well before the date.

We use the tools your team already relies on, such as Jira, Linear, Notion, Slack and Figma. If you do not have a preference, we set up a simple shared workspace for the project.

You get clean repositories, design files, documentation, a walkthrough for your team and a support period. Decisions, runbooks and onboarding notes live in your repository, so anyone can pick up the work.

Your first AI agent pilot goes live in six weeks, focused on one workflow. Success measures such as accuracy, tickets resolved or time saved are agreed before development starts, and we report on them every sprint as the agent moves from pilot to production.

Yes. Much of our work is adding AI agents, assistants and automation to existing products without rebuilding them, connected to the CRM, ERP, email, support and data tools your team already uses. For Mashreq NEO, for example, we built an AI assistant that answers questions from internal documents.

We ground answers in your own data, add guardrails and test against real examples from your business before launch. Important or irreversible actions require human approval, and every decision leaves a full audit trail.

AI features only get access to the data they need, through least-privilege permissions for each tool. We keep sensitive data inside your environment wherever possible, and agree data residency, retention and redaction before any data is moved.

Only with your written permission. By default your data is never used to train shared models, and every agent action is logged with its inputs and the tools used, so you can see exactly how your data is handled.

Yes. We build agents that use tools and take actions across your systems, with scoped permissions, logging and fallbacks so they run safely in production. Irreversible steps go through human approval gates, and every action is traceable to the rule that allowed it.

We design the architecture, hosting and data flows around the regulations and controls you work under, such as GDPR, HIPAA or SOC 2. Private or self-hosted models are available where data cannot leave your estate.

Yes. We connect AI features to data warehouses, CRMs, ERPs, internal APIs and third-party services, so they work from your real data. Every integration is documented and handed over with the code, so your team can maintain and extend it.
